All classes last 50 minutes.

Mindful Meditation Classes, 8 weeks
We teach you how to breathe, which is the essence of life and the first step on your journey to leading a more mindful life. And meeting your new best friend: YOU! The best part: We teach you how to meditate anywhere, at any time, no CDs or Apps required.

Mindful Eating Classes, 8 weeks
Am I Hungry is a mindful eating program that makes you aware of why, when, what, how, how much and where you eat. If you follow our plan, you will change your relationship with food, forever.

Am I Hungry differs from other mindful eating programs. You will learn to think, nourish and move — a three-pronged approach that really works.
